Senior Recruitment Manager

Role & responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution aligned to business needs.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver hiring outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence through data, metrics, and process optimization.
• Oversee sourcing strategy for niche, tech, and leadership hiring.
• Manage recruitment teams across multiple models and geographies.
• Leverage external vendors and platforms to scale hiring.
• Lead bulk hiring events, assessment drives, and hiring campaigns.
• Identify improvement areas and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1518 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the technology/start-up/GCC ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to hire for specialized and emerging technologies across career levels.
• Experience managing complex hiring programs, including bulk and leadership hiring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead diverse and virtual teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
