Senior Recruitment Manager

Our Client, A real estate companyheadquartered in Dubai is looking for an "Human Resources Manager" to join their Noida team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media

platforms, and referrals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create

effective job descriptions.

• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including passive

candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to close successful hires.

• Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

• Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues

• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a

related field.

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.

• Must be approachable and helpful.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Good ethical judgment.
