Senior Recruitment Manager

Role Overview: As the Senior Recruitment Manager (Domestic BPO) based in Navi Mumbai, India, you will be a key member of the HR department, reporting to the AVP Recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and team management, focusing specifically on the BPO sector. A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with additional HR certifications considered a bonus. You should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
