Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Find and attract candidates for BPO roles through job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Work with department managers and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, forecast future requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, track candidate data in an applicant tracking system (ATS), and provide excellent communication to keep candidates informed throughout the process. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting its culture and benefits to potential candidates at events like job fairs and career expos. Track recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill) to monitor and optimize the efficiency of the hiring process. Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles. Experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for experience in a high-volume or BPO environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 8 yrs and max of 10 yrs experience into Non IT or Contact center hiring
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and good at managing stakeholders and meeting their requirements. Must have contributed extensively to Talent Acquisition process improvements.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
