Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Sr. TA/HR Specialist to work with our Human Resources Team.

We are looking for a suitable candidate who can work closely with each department within the organization to understand the open positions and close them in a timely manner and support HR Manager in the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibility: -

  • Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy.
  • Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits making presentations and maintaining rapport.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Manage intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; and advising managers on training and coaching.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Manager and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist the HR manager with daily responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HR policy enforcement, training and development initiatives, and operations activities.

Qualifications & Skills: -

  • Postgraduate in MBA HR or in any Business/Management related field
  • 5+ years of strong experience working in Human resource & operations domain. Preferably into higher ed tech/ eLearning industry
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition in e-learning industry.
  • Expertise across Operations, Human Resource, Performance management.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skill.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking, good problem solving & time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
