responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring blue collar workers, typically in manufacturing, capital Goods and Automotive,

We are looking for ideal candidates with prior experiences from Staffing industry / contractual Manpower and candidates who have handled NAPS, NEEM and contractual manpower.

Assistant Manager will be responsible for receiving manpower requirements from management, executing the recruitment process, and fulfilling these needs with the team.

  • The expanded responsibilities include:

  • Internal Hiring :

    Recruiting internal team members such as Supervisors, Recruiters, and Team Leaders as manpower needs arise.
  • Training and Advertisement Support:

    Providing support for training initiatives and advertisement campaigns.
  • Campus and Job Fair Planning and Execution

    : Planning and executing campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
  • Monitoring Team Performance:

    Monitoring team attendance and performance, and reporting findings to management.
  • Attracting and Screening Talent:

    • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking.
    • Screening applications and conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates.
  • Managing the Hiring Process:

    • Overseeing the entire hiring process from job posting to offer extension.
    • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
    • Negotiating offers and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Preparing reports and metrics on recruitment activities.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Providing strategic advice on hiring policies and practices.
    • Monitoring and evaluating recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervising and managing a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
