Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and job levels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously. You will act as the bridge between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Understanding client requirements thoroughly (skills, experience, compensation, job location, and behavioral attributes).
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, internal databases, and networking.
  • Screening resumes based on job fit and conducting preliminary telephonic discussions.
  • Validating candidate details such as current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, relocation willingness, and job suitability.

2. Client Coordination

  • Sharing shortlisted profiles with clients for review and feedback.
  • Understanding priority requirements and updating clients on sourcing progress.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with client POCs.

3. Interview Management

  • Scheduling interviews (telephonic, video, or face-to-face) and ensuring coordination.
  • Preparing candidates before interviews and keeping them informed about next steps.
  • Communicating client feedback promptly to candidates.

4. Offer Negotiation & Closure

  • Handling salary negotiations while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitating offer roll-outs and ensuring the candidate is fully informed.
  • Follow-up with candidates until they join the organization.

5. Database & Reporting

  • Maintaining an updated candidate database for future requirements.
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
  • Generating periodic recruitment progress reports.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several positions at once.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism and ownership.
  • Proactive, positive, and self-driven attitude.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
  • Ability to work under timelines and deliver quality results.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Management, or any relevant discipline.
  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT preferred).
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or search firm is an added advantage.
