Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Utilize your expertise to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent for various positions within the company.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably in a mid or leadership role (Non IT hiring) & headhunting experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative recruitment solutions to meet business objectives.
Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Portal Knowledge: You should be experienced with various job portals including Naukri, Shine LinkedIn, etc.
