Role:

Experience Level: 4+ Years

Source and screen IT profiles through portals, LinkedIn, and networks.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and build IT talent pipeline. Should manage end to end recruitment process.
Coordinating with the clients for the timely updates on priority requirements, interviews and onboarding of the consultants.
Client management, relationship building and documentation (MSA, NDA, contracts etc.)
Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing clients.
Applicant must have at least 3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Account Management.
Understanding for software technologies is mandatory.
