Job Title: Freelance Trainer Public Speaking & Personality Development Job Type: Remote / On-Site (as per requirement) Location: Nagpur We are seeking an experienced and dynamic freelance trainer who can conduct engaging sessions on public speaking, personality development, and soft skills training. The ideal candidate should have a passion for grooming individuals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in learners. Responsibilities: Design and deliver interactive training sessions on public speaking, confidence building, grooming, body language, and overall personality development. Tailor content as per the audience. Conduct one-on-one sessions (online or offline). Provide feedback, mentoring, and progress reports for trainees. Ensure a professional, positive, and motivating learning environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a soft skills or personality development trainer. Strong command of English and/or Hindi communication. Comfortable with public speaking, training delivery, and audience engagement. Certification in training, psychology, communication, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory). Prior experience with grooming training, personality development or corporate training (Mandatory).
