The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for continuously monitoring and refining training initiatives to ensure their effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and leadership. Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and team-building activities. Role Overview The Manager Growth (CSR Partnerships) will oversee and drive the organizations end-to-end business development and partnership growth function. This role will lead a cross-functional team comprising members focused on Corporate Outreach and NGO Outreach, ensuring alignment, coordination and measurable outcomes across both stakeholder segments. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Team Management Lead, own and guide the Corporate Outreach and NGO Outreach teams to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets. Review outreach strategies, communication quality and lead conversion effectiveness across both verticals. Establish processes, performance metrics and feedback loops to strengthen the teams efficiency and collaboration. 2. Corporate Outreach & Engagement Drive qualified lead outreach to CSR, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs teams across industries. Identify and pitch aligned projects and thematic portfolios to potential funders. Understand corporate CSR mandates, budgets, focus areas and geographic priorities to create tailored solutions. Manage end-to-end donor communication from initial connect to MoU finalization and handover to partner program delivery teams. 3. NGO Outreach & Project Curation Identify and onboard credible NGOs across thematic areas and regions for FI services. Review and guide NGO partners in refining proposals, budgets, and impact frameworks. Build an updated repository of fundable, high-impact projects for ongoing and future matching with corporates. 4. Research & Prospect Identification Conduct market research to identify emerging impact sector and philanthropic trends. Build and maintain a live database of CSR-spending companies, foundations, and NGOs. Track RFPs, CSR reports and annual disclosures to identify business development opportunities. 5. Relationship Management & Account Ownership Act as the central point of contact for both corporates and NGO partners, ensuring a seamless experience. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with CSR leads, foundations and ecosystem stakeholders. Conduct review meetings, provide timely updates and ensure transparent communication throughout the engagement cycle. Facilitate cross-collaboration between corporate and NGO partners for co-created, impactful programs. 6. Internal Coordination & Reporting Collaborate closely with the Communications and Outreach teams for proposal support, design and documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings and conversion statuses. Generate weekly and monthly dashboards capturing outreach metrics, team performance, and partnership growth. Support leadership in strategic planning, forecasting and pipeline development. Required Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or social sector business development. Proven experience managing teams, clients and multi-stakeholder engagements. Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Google/MS Workspace, CRM tools and online collaboration platforms.
