We are looking for a proactive Trainer Coordinator with 1 2 years of experience in academic management, coordination, or administrative roles. The ideal candidate will support training operations, ensure smooth class execution, and maintain accurate academic records.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for class scheduling and daily operations
Monitor ongoing classes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
Manage attendance tracking for trainers and students
Oversee exam monitoring, assessments, and related documentation
Prepare and maintain academic trackers, reports, and MIS
Handle administrative tasks related to training programs
Ensure timely updates and communication with stakeholders
1 2 years of experience in academic coordination / training management / admin roles
Strong skills in attendance management, tracking, and reporting
Experience in exam coordination or monitoring preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Background in education, training institutes, or academic operations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
2nd and 4th Saturday off and Sunday off
Work time :9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
