We are seeking a dynamic AVP/VP – Business Capability to lead customer acquisition, market expansion, and service-based business growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in selling Electronic Manufacturing & Allied services across industries, with strong abilities to manage P&L, scale business with SMEs/startups/OEMs, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Strategic & Functional Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Electronic Manufacturing & Allied services – from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Acquire and grow customers across SMEs, startups, and OEMs, focusing on building long-term business value.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand revenue streams.
- Own P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
2. Product Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and position value-added services and solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Manage the service/product lifecycle – conceptualization, packaging, pricing, and delivery.
- Build go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new offerings across Target Domains.
3. Marketing & Brand Building
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives to position services in domestic and global markets.
- Drive brand building, digital marketing, and demand generation campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry forums, trade fairs, and government programs to enhance visibility.
4. Key Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts across India and global markets.
- Develop account-specific growth strategies for OEMs and enterprise customers.
- Build CXO-level relationships with customer organizations, ensuring long-term retention and upselling.
5. Export Business Development
- Identify and expand into international markets – leveraging India’s EMS advantage for global outsourcing.
- Establish partnerships with global distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, certifications, and international quality standards
6. Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Drive customer success programs to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Implement structured feedback mechanisms and ensure resolution of escalations.
- Act as the customer’s advocate internally, ensuring seamless delivery and high NPS.
Additional Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee administration, compliance, and governance activities of the business unit.
- Drive process efficiency, team building, and capability development.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology; MBA preferred.
- 15+ experience in sales, business development, product & account management, export business, and customer success, especially in managing SMEs, startups, and OEMs in the EMS/ESDM space.
- Proven experience in selling Electronic Manufacturing capacities with Allied services, managing P&L, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Track record of working with SME startups, OEMs, and global clients.
- Strong exposure to Domestic markets and international business development exposure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
