Job Description

You will be responsible for the sales function in the commercial interior design sector, focused on engaging with potential clients, developing proposals, managing projects, and expanding market presence. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Client Engagement:** - Identify and engage with potential commercial clients, conduct needs assessments, and understand their requirements and budget constraints. - **Product Knowledge:** - Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge suitable for commercial spaces. - **Proposal Development:** - Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals, present design concepts, layouts, and material options to clients. - **Project Coordination:** - Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts, coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. - **Budget Management:** - Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for design projects, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. - **Relationship Building:** - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, attend industry events, and network to generate leads. - **Market Research:** - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors, utilize insights to tailor sales strategies and offerings. - **Sales Strategy:** - Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and pursue upselling and cross-selling. - **Client Education:** - Educate clients on design solutions" value and benefits, guide sustainable and innovative design practices. - **Contract Negotiation:** - Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with profitability goals. - **Post-Sale Follow-up:** - Conduct post-sale follow-ups to gather feedback and assess client satisfaction. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven success in commercial sales leadership roles. - Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development.,
