Role & responsibilities

Brief Summary:

NHAI/ IHMCL/ MoRTH and private Commissionaires.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on Toll Management Systems (TMS), Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), and Smart Parking Solutions.
  • Align sales plans with business unit goals and market dynamics.
  • Grow business in

    Tolling, ATMS, TMS or Smart Parking solutions from NHAI/ IHMCL/ MoRTH etc in Government Sector and

    Commissionaires & Senior Officials in the Private Sector.

  • Oversee and support pre-sales, business development, sales and post-sales processes, ensuring seamless coordination across functions to deliver on client expectations.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurate and maintained effectively in CRM with proper classification.
  • Negotiate, review and be responsible for the sales contracts.
  • Stay on the pulse of competitive products in the

    Intelligent Transportation Systems

    , specifically in

    Tolling, ATMS/ TMS, or Smart Parking solutions

    .
  • Lead and provide pre-sale and after-sale services.
  • Responsible for the sales team's performance in the accomplishment of the revenue target.
  • Drive sales with your own KPIs and manage KPIs for the sales team.
  • Strategically manage large accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Convert, upsell and cross-sell customers to other company products and services.
  • Any other role and responsibility as deemed fit by the Reporting Manager/ Management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA with 15+ years of proven sales experience in the

    Intelligent Transportation Systems sector

    , specifically in

    Tolling, ATMS, or Smart Parking solutions

    .
  • Experience in prospecting Commissionaires in

    Intelligent Transportation Systems

    to build strong business for running key toll plaza, ATMS, TMS & Parking Solutions accounts and large B2B client portfolios.
  • Excellent rapport and personal connection with various PD/ RO/ AE

    in NHAI/ IHMCL/ MoRTH etc in Government Sector and

    Commissionaires & senior Officials in the Private Sector.

  • Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team from

    NHAI/ IHMCL/ MoRTH and Commissionaires etc

    .
  • Support the Sales team in gathering client requirements to develop solutions that fit with a strong value proposition.
  • Ability to manage scope of

    Intelligent Transportation Systems sector-based projects

    from inception to closure.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute long-term sales initiatives in the

    Intelligent Transportation Systems domain

    .
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
  • Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and reporting analytics to track performance and forecasts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills in a highly competitive environment.
