Vice President - Sales

to lead sales strategy, business expansion, and key client acquisition efforts across the bakery ingredients and products segment. The ideal candidate will drive both domestic and international growth, with a focus on premium, high-margin product lines, while building strong relationships within the HORECA and general trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance market penetration, brand positioning, and profitability.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Identify, engage, and onboard key clients within the Bakery Services and HORECA segments, focusing on premium bakery ingredients and products.
Strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead efforts to expand international sales across markets, introducing new offerings and driving revenue diversification.
Acquire and nurture premium accounts to accelerate the growth of high-margin product lines.
