Job Description: 1. Payroll (Salary) Custodian of salary, incentive-related calculations, and information for new and existing employees. Prepare PF Calculation as per PF Act (Rural). Income tax calculation and deduction for all employees as per Government regulations (Rural). Issue salary slips. Manage client payroll. Provident Fund management (KYC, Transfer, Withdrawal). 2. Salary TDS TDS calculation as per Income Tax Act & Rules. Form 16 issue resolution. 3. Management Reporting Update Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement aligned with Trial Balance. Prepare variance analysis vs. Budget, including explanatory notes. Verify fluctuations in Balance Sheet, Income, and Expenses with General Ledger. Ensure accuracy in the adjustment of Prepaid Expenses between Balance Sheet and Income Statement monthly. Question entries under Suspense Expense Account under each legal entity and reclassify after verification with Tax and AP personnel. Prepare Directors Reporting Deck on a Monthly and Quarterly basis. 4. Revenue/Reimbursement Prepare GST details regarding Revenue and Reimbursement. 5. GST Preparation of GSTR 1 Data with Revenue and Reimbursement and Form GSTR 1. Check GSTR 2B Input of GST (Vendor). Preparation of GSTR 3B Return filing. Preparation of RCM Report. 6. Audit Prepare dataset for statutory audit, including GST, TDS, EPF, VAT (UAE). 7. Reconciliation Monthly reconciliation of financials with GST reports. Monthly reconciliation of financials with Salary, TDS, and PF Expenses. Key Competencies & Skill Set: International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (minimum). International Accounting Standards (IAS) (minimum). Central Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 (desirable). Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (desirable). Tally Accounting ERP (minimum).
