About the Role

Vice President Sales

With over 10+ years of progressive experience, the VP – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, forging strategic alliances, and mentoring high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across B2B, institutional, and strategic partnership channels.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with universities, training partners, corporates, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead regional and national sales teams, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline development, negotiations, contract management, and closures.
  • Represent KC GlobEd at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in sales processes, operations, and outcomes.
  • Drive sustainable expansion strategies, entering new markets and unlocking untapped revenue streams.


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience in 

    Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Alliances

    , preferably in the education, training, or professional certification sectors.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in B2B and institutional sales, corporate tie-ups, and channel management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
