Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchant and retailer acquisition strategies across segments.
  • Lead a high-performing field sales team (minimum 1200+ team size) PAN INDIA .
  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel – lead generation to activation.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of field sales executives.
  • Plan and implement market penetration and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets across assigned geographies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the market.


Key Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of B2C sales, merchant acquisition, and digital payment solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
