Vice President of Sales

As a Head of Sales at Raheja Developers, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales function and driving growth across premium and luxury developments in Gurugram and beyond. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will lead a high-performance sales team, identify new market opportunities, and close high-value real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals - Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for expansion - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team with defined KPIs - Build strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, institutional clients, and channel partners - Drive high-value negotiations and close luxury property deals - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams for seamless execution - Ensure effective adoption of CRM/sales tools (Farvision preferred) for pipeline tracking and reporting Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field - 15-20 years of sales experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role in real estate - Proven success in luxury and high-ticket property sales - Deep knowledge of real estate sales processes (residential & commercial) - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver results under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
