Vice President of Sales

You will be responsible for driving growth across key service lines as a Senior Sales Manager : Vice President Sales Professional Services at iNetFrame Technologies. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales of professional services offerings, including: - ServiceNow system integration & consulting - Oracle Applications SI and managed services - Contract staffing (IT talent solutions) - Identify and develop new business opportunities across target verticals in India such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES. - Build, nurture, and leverage deep CxO and VP-level connects across enterprises. - Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, and pricing to deal closure and account growth. - Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges. - Represent iNetFrame Technologies at industry events, networking forums, and partner engagements. - Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT services sales with a strong focus on professional services. - Proven expertise in selling ServiceNow integration and consulting services. - Strong sales experience in Oracle Applications, including Fusion, EBS, and Cloud offerings - both implementation and managed services. - In-depth understanding and client network in the Contract Staffing/IT resourcing space. - Deep knowledge of the Indian IT services market, especially in enterprise and mid-market segments. - Ability to position value-driven solutions to senior decision-makers. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields; MBA is a plus.,
