Job Description

As the Vice President Sales at Nyla Air Water, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales organization, defining growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue across domestic and international markets. Your expertise in premium FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer goods will be crucial in achieving our vision of redefining hydration with purity, luxury, and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** - Develop and implement sales strategies in line with Nyla's vision of premium, sustainable water. - Set revenue targets, pricing strategies, and channel-specific growth plans. - Drive sales across various sectors including HORECA, wellness centers, retail chains, corporates, and export markets. - **Leadership & Team Building:** - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team comprising regional managers and key account leaders. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team. - **Key Account Management:** - Cultivate strategic relationships with premium hotels, restaurants, airlines, luxury retail, and wellness partners. - Negotiate long-term contracts and partnerships with distributors and channel partners. - **Market Expansion:** - Identify new domestic and international markets, expand distribution networks, and onboard strategic partners. - Stay informed about competitor activity, emerging trends, and evolving consumer preferences. - **Sales Operations & Performance Management:** - Define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. - Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning with sales goals. **Qualifications & Experience:** - MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business Management. - 12-18 years of progressive experience in FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer brands, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. - Strong relationships within the hospitality, retail, and wellness ecosystems are preferred. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Global exposure and ability to manage cross-border markets is a plus.
