Nyla Air Water is a premium, sustainable bottled water brand produced through advanced atmospheric water generation technology. Our mission is to redefine hydration with purity, luxury, and sustainability at its core. We are expanding our footprint across hospitality, wellness, retail, and corporate channels, and are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our sales strategy and execution.

Role Overview

The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for leading Nyla’s sales organization, defining growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue across domestic and international markets. This role requires a visionary sales leader with proven expertise in premium FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Nyla’s vision of premium, sustainable water.
  • Establish revenue targets, pricing strategies, and channel-specific growth plans.
  • Drive sales across HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), wellness centers, retail chains, corporates, and export markets.
  • Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with regional managers and key account leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Key Account Management

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with premium hotels, restaurants, airlines, luxury retail, and wellness partners.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts and partnerships with distributors and channel partners.
  • Market Expansion

  • Identify new domestic and international markets, expand distribution networks, and onboard strategic partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and evolving consumer preferences.
  • Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning with sales goals.
  • Collaboration

  • Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery, margin optimization, and compliance.
  • Support investor relations with sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
  • 12–18 years of progressive experience in FMCG, beverages, or luxury consumer brands, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong relationships within hospitality, retail, and wellness ecosystems preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Global exposure and ability to manage cross-border markets is a plus.
