Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Noida. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, drive business development efforts, and manage key accounts. The role involves building and leading high-performance sales teams, developing sales strategies, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. The VP of Sales will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and business goals.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Strong experience in Account Management and Sales Operations with a focus on strategy and efficiency.
Demonstrated proficiency in Business Development, identifying new market opportunities, and forming partnerships.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills to lead a dynamic team effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and sales metrics for performance evaluation and decision-making.
Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
