Pre-Sales Business Analyst

Pre-Sales Business Analyst Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: Noida – Sector 68 (WFO) We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Business Analyst to support our business development and pre-sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, technical architecture, and user flow mapping, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools and be comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Attend client calls to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design. • Translate requirements into detailed Scope of Work (SOW), project timelines, and supporting documentation. • Create visually compelling proposals, pitch decks, and collateral for client presentations and bid submissions. • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to frame end-to-end solutions. • Prepare and present user flows and technical understanding to stakeholders. • Design high-quality visual content using Canva (mandatory); familiarity with Figma is a plus. • Leverage multiple AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and analytical tasks. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen proposals and pitches. Key Requirements: • 3–4 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or solution consulting within a tech-driven environment. • Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical solutioning. • Excellent client interaction skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional outputs. • Proven expertise in creating presentations, collateral, and project documentation. • Proficiency in Canva is a must; working knowledge of Figma is an added advantage. • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business analysis and presentations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative, team-oriented setup.
