We are hiring a dynamic Pre-Sales Business Analyst to partner with our Account & Digital Sales teams in crafting winning digital solutions for our customers. What you’ll do: • Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into clear solution requirements. • Shape solution approaches across Crown’s digital platforms — EffiDocX, DART, CKYC, workflow automation, and emerging AI-led use cases. • Design and deliver demos, POCs, and ROI-based value pitches that influence buying decisions. • Prepare compelling proposals, solution documents, and scope outlines that help win new business. • Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of requirements and feasibility.
