Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new clients across

    digital marketing services

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including:
  • Lead generation
  • Client pitching & presentations
  • Proposal creation
  • Pricing & negotiations
  • Deal closures
  • Sell a mix of services such as:
  • SEO & Performance Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Branded Content & Digital Campaigns
  • Integrated Marketing Solutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including

    CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, and CXOs

  • Onboard clients on campaign-based and retainer-based models
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and sales outreach plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, delivery, influencer, media) to ensure seamless execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in

    digital marketing services sales

  • Must have worked with a

    digital marketing agency / marketing services firm

  • Strong exposure to selling:
  • SEO
  • Performance marketing
  • Social & influencer-led campaigns
  • Integrated digital solutions
  • Proven experience selling to

    mid-market and enterprise clients

  • Strong consultative selling and solutioning capability
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing both

    individual closures and team coordination

  • Experience handling large accounts and long-cycle sales is preferred
