Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager : Vice President Sales– Professional Services to drive growth across our key service lines. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in ServiceNow consulting & implementation , Oracle Applications integration & managed services , and contract staffing solutions , with a strong network and proven track record in India-based IT services sales . Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales of professional services offerings , including: ServiceNow system integration & consulting Oracle Applications SI and managed services Contract staffing (IT talent solutions) Identify and develop new business opportunities across target verticals in India (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES). Build, nurture, and leverage deep CxO and VP-level connects across enterprises. Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal development, and pricing, to deal closure and account growth. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges. Represent iNetFrame Technologies at industry events, networking forums, and partner engagements. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Required Skills and Qualifications 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT services sales with a strong focus on professional services. Mandatory : Proven expertise in selling ServiceNow integration and consulting services. Mandatory : Strong sales experience in Oracle Applications , including Fusion, EBS, and Cloud offerings — both implementation and managed services. In-depth understanding and client network in the Contract Staffing/IT resourcing space. Deep knowledge of the Indian IT services market , especially enterprise and mid-market segments. Ability to position value-driven solutions to senior decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields; MBA is a plus. Show more Show less
