Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Vice President of Sales based in Noida. The Vice President of Sales will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead sales operations to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering client relationships. The role will require close collaboration with leadership to align sales goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales to drive revenue and maintain key client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management to optimize sales processes and lead teams effectively
• Demonstrated proficiency in Business Development, identifying and securing new opportunities to support growth
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience in real estate is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
