Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding clients through the property buying process, and conducting property tours. The role also involves negotiating sales terms, preparing sales contracts, and providing training to junior sales staff. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets and contributing to sales strategies and management. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide effective Training to team members Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate market in Noida is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
