Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Rajasthan, India, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and demonstrating effective communication with clients. Key responsibilities include training clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in customer service and maintaining positive client relationships Sales expertise, including identifying opportunities and closing deals Experience with training and developing clients or team members to enhance their skills Competence in sales management, including tracking sales performance and meeting targets Organizational and time management skills to handle hybrid responsibilities efficiently Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
