About the Role

We are hiring Inside Sales Specialists to join our international EdTech sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, confident in engaging with clients, and motivated by performance-driven growth.

You will be responsible for selling career-focused learning programs to working professionals globally, contributing directly to their career advancement while building a strong sales career for yourself.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month
  • Commission: Up to ₹90,000+ per month (uncapped)
  • Monthly incentives and performance-based bonuses


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert warm leads, with occasional cold outreach, via phone and video calls (sales tools provided)
  • Present and explain learning programs, clearly communicating their value proposition
  • Address objections, build rapport, and close high-value sales
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage leads efficiently using CRM systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction


Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Confident, professional, and target-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
