Role & responsibilities Understand, develop, and achieve the sales target in the given territory. Study the market and provide the inputs to the superiors for preparing the business plans in enhancing the sales. Prepare annual action plans to meet the sales and order bookings as per the given targets. Identify and build strong relationships with dealers and maintain a good rapport to get leads for Company machines. Establish a good rapport with the customers and ensure that no orders are lost to the competitors. Identify the potential customers and establish the business for the products under the scope. Study the requirements of the customers thoroughly and provide suitable applications/solutions based on the product standards to create a long-term relationship. Develop and implement strategic plans to promote revenue, profitability and market share and growth. Identify and support the non recurring, and unsatisfied customers, to create win-win possibilities. Maintain all the required inputs in CRM and ensure an effective internal communication system. Facilitate and provide required support to marketing team to organize trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the business. Monitor and interpret the competitor’s activities and gather information on price, products, new development, delivery schedule, merchandising techniques, and develop the counter sales. Develop good rapport with the cross-functional teams and ensure that the sales as per the agreed terms and conditions. Ensure the collection of payment, and statutory forms as per the terms and conditions of the sales, in particular, c forms for the sales of machines whenever applicable. Work closely with the service department to ensure the best after sales support and achieve customer satisfaction and get the reference for sales. Develop a good rapport with the product specialist to develop the market and enhance sales. Monitor and update the “Salesforce” timely and provide the rolling forecast of machines. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 9 years in managing and driving sales activities for a manufacturing / similar industry. Technical Graduation (Mechanical or Mechatronics). MBA will be an added advantage.

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Production Expert to lead and manage operations in our Heavy Fabrication or Heavy Engineering Machine Shop. The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 18 years of overall manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a team leadership or section-in-charge role. This role emphasises leadership, team management, process improvement, and change management over technical specialisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage production activities in the heavy fabrication or heavy engineering machine shop section to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met. Supervise and develop a diverse team of supervisors, unionised workforce, and contract labour. Drive performance, discipline, and motivation across the production team through structured people management practices. Develop and implement effective manpower strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and skill development. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) to improve process efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards with a strong focus on process, compliance, and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and HR to meet production targets and address operational challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions where necessary. Facilitate change management initiatives, foster a culture of accountability, and encourage innovation within the team. Support project management efforts related to capacity expansion, layout changes, or equipment upgrades. Qualifications: Mandatory: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Experience: Total Experience: 12 to 18 years in a manufacturing/fabrication environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Leader or Section In-charge role in a Heavy Fabrication or Heavy Engineering Machine Shop. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in shop floor planning and production supervision. Practical understanding of industrial relations and workforce dynamics in a unionized environment. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, process optimization, and driving continuous improvement. Exposure to QMS/IMS and occupational health & safety standards. Capability to manage change, lead transformation, and implement innovative practices on the shop floor. Good communication and collaboration skills. Desirable Attributes: Experience in automation, digital manufacturing, or lean initiatives will be an added advantage. Project management experience related to production process improvements or infrastructure development.

Role & responsibilities 1. Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities: a) Maintain and improve IMS documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. b) Coordinate IMS audits, both internal and external, and ensure timely resolution of findings. c) Lead the development and implementation of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives. d) Monitor IMS performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting. e) Support management reviews and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Regulatory Compliance: a) Ensure the organization complies with relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and standards. b) Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required. c) Stay updated on new safety regulations and best practices. 4. Emergency Preparedness: a) Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. b) Conduct drills and training to ensure staff readiness during emergencies. c) Act as the primary contact for safety-related emergencies. 5. Communication and Reporting: a) Prepare and present safety performance reports to management. b) Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety measures across operations. c) Foster a positive safety culture within the organization. 6. Additional Responsibilities: a. Handle any other roles and responsibilities as assigned by superiors on a timely basis. This may include ad-hoc projects, special assignments, or tasks that contribute to the overall success of the technical department and the organization. Preferred candidate profile Education: Recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or technology; and a degree or diploma in industrial safety recognized by the State Government in this behalf. Certifications: a) NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications. b) IMS Lead Auditor certification is an advantage. Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Role & Responsibilities Understand, update, and manage rolling machine forecasts and material requirements based on Master Production Schedule (MPS) in ERP (Oracle). Schedule production sequence considering customer requirements and material availability. Analyze historical data for forecast updates and facilitate Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Collaborate with Sales and Logistics in monthly production meetings to consolidate LPM numbers. Coordinate meetings with management for machine launch, postponement, and other key ERP decisions. Monitor and optimize inventory levels using ABC analysis and technical modifications to reduce obsolete/phaseout inventory. Release and manage purchase requisitions for critical business components using KANBAN methodology. Analyze and monitor safety stock for optional and critical components. Support the absorption of real sales orders and update planner notes accordingly. Identify and bridge process gaps in planning and ERP use to improve business outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Strong analytical, planning, and organizing abilities. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management. Experience in production planning within machine tool or engineering industry. Proficient in Oracle EBS R12, Oracle ASCP, Team Centre, and Microsoft Office; Power Query, Pivot, Business Intelligence tools preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
