Team Lead

The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents, ensuring that the team meets its sales goals, provides exceptional service to clients, and maintains compliance with industry regulations. The Team Leader will work closely with agents to develop strategies, offer coaching, and handle administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication, provide training, and discuss market trends. Manage individual agent performance, providing feedback, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that motivates agents to perform at their best. Business Development: Develop strategies to increase team production, including expanding the client base and generating new leads. Implement marketing campaigns to promote the team’s listings and grow brand visibility. Collaborate with other industry professionals, such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors, to support team goals. Sales and Client Management: Provide guidance to agents in closing deals and managing client relationships. Handle high-value or complex transactions and assist agents with client negotiations. Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that the team consistently exceeds customer expectations. Administrative Oversight: Oversee the team’s administrative processes, including contract management, scheduling .
