Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising team members, and ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities also include team motivation, resource allocation, addressing customer feedback, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals and maintaining seamless workflow.
