We are now seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive growth across premium and luxury developments.



ROLE DESCRIPTION:-


This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram/Delhi. The Head of Sales will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. The role requires building and nurturing long-term relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and channel partners, while driving the team to close high-value real estate transactions.


𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲: 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱—𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁—𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-


Design and implement sales strategies aligned with Raheja Developers’ business goals.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for expansion.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team with defined KPIs.

Build strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, institutional clients, and channel partners.

Drive high-value negotiations and close luxury property deals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams for seamless execution.

Ensure effective adoption of CRM/sales tools (Farvision preferred) for pipeline tracking and reporting.



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:-


Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.

15–20 years of sales experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role in real estate.

Proven success in luxury and high-ticket property sales.

Deep knowledge of real estate sales processes (residential & commercial).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to deliver results under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Farvision will be an added advantage.
