Vice President of Sales

As an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) or Vice President (Sales) at our leading company in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth, expanding client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives. - Identifying and evaluating new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Driving initiatives to exceed sales and profitability targets. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized client solutions. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends. - Providing actionable insights to leadership for informed strategic decisions. - Overseeing the creation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals to ensure competitiveness, high quality, and alignment with client needs.
