Vice President of Sales

Role Title: VP of Sales - Reports to: Founder & CEO.

Location: Telangana (field + hybrid)

Compensation: ?50000 base + high performance incentive (?2,000 per BDE sale + quarterly bonus)

Travel: Lots of Travel across Telangana

Mission

Build SolarX's first large-scale sales team hire, train, and lead 1520 BDEs in the next 3-6 months while personally closing 23 deals/month yourself.

You are both a sales executor and a sales multiplier.

Responsibilities Recruit & Train

Source and onboard 1015 BDEs within 90 days.

Run 2-day field & script training sessions weekly.

Create a simple onboarding kit: pitch deck, objection sheet, and WhatsApp follow-up templates.

Drive Sales

Personally close at least 23 installations/month.

Ensure each BDE hits 1 sale/month minimum by Month 2.

Track performance daily site visits, calls, leads, closures.

Enforce Process

Maintain CRM discipline no lead untracked, no follow-up missed.

Standardize door-to-door and referral-based approaches.

Provide daily reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.

Collaborate with Founder

Work directly with Founder on:

Channel partner program (electricians, insurance agents, builders).

Social media + inbound lead generation.

Give ground feedback to improve lead quality and script effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
