We offer trading in a variety of financial assets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, commodities, and forex, and support features such as CopyTrader™ copy trading, demo accounts, and asset-based interest generation.
We plan to establish a branch office in Los Angeles in March 2026. Currently in the pre-construction phase, we are actively recruiting top talent to prepare for the company's official launch in the US market.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Corporate Development is responsible for planning the company's strategic direction, evaluating and executing major investment and M&A projects, expanding business growth opportunities, capital operations, and cross-business collaboration. This role is core to the company's strategic level, ensuring long-term growth and competitive advantage by driving strategic projects, investment strategies, and partnerships.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy
Develop and optimize the company's medium- and long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
Analyze industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and technological trends, providing strategic insights and development recommendations.
Lead the justification, promotion, and implementation of strategic projects.
2. Investment and M&A (M&A/Investments)
Responsible for screening and evaluating potential M&A targets, investment projects, and strategic cooperation opportunities.
Lead the entire process from due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, negotiation to transaction execution.
Coordinate the legal, financial, technical, and tax teams to ensure the closed-loop process of M&A projects.
3. **Post-Merger Integration Management (PMI)**: Responsible for ensuring smooth business integration and achieving expected value.
4. **Strategic Partnerships & Business Development**:
Identify and drive cross-industry collaborations, new market entry opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships.
Establish deep partnerships with external institutions (investment banks, funds, strategic clients, government departments).
Drive the negotiation and implementation of key strategic cooperation agreements.
5. **Corporate Finance**:
Build investment models, forecast returns, and analyze risks to provide a basis for decision-making.
Participate in fundraising activities, capital structure optimization, and the development of financial cooperation plans.
Monitor portfolio performance and submit regular analytical reports to senior management.
6. **New Business & Innovation**:
Tracking cutting-edge trends and exploring innovative products, technologies, or business models.
Drive internal incubation projects, from concept to implementation, building new business growth engines from scratch.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to validate business models and drive scaling.
6. Senior Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration (Leadership & Management)
Lead the corporate development team, building and managing professional modules such as investment, strategy, and research.
Report regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors on the progress of strategic and investment projects.
Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure strategic implementation and resource coordination.
III. Qualifications
1. Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, strategic management, or related fields.
MBA or CFA certifications are a plus.
2. Work Experience
10+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, consulting, investment management, corporate development, or M&A.
Successful project experience in large corporations, technology companies, financial institutions, consulting firms, or funds.
Practical experience in leading complete M&A projects or large-scale strategic projects.
3. Professional Skills
Proficient in M&A processes, valuation models, due diligence, and transaction structure design.
Able to independently build financial models and conduct business feasibility analyses. Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and cross-team coordination abilities.
Strong execution and resilience to drive complex projects to success.
