Vice President of Marketing for North America

Key Responsibilities:

• North America Marketing Strategy:

• Define and execute the marketing strategy for the North American region aligned with business objectives, focusing on demand generation, pipeline creation, and brand positioning.

• Product Marketing (NA Focus):

• Drive positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Zycus’ solutions tailored to enterprise buyers in North America.

• Demand Generation:

• Own pipeline targets by running integrated regional campaigns across channels including email, paid media, ABM, and events.

• Content & SEO:

• Develop North America-specific content and SEO strategies to improve visibility and lead quality.

• Digital & Performance Marketing:

• Optimize paid and organic digital initiatives, ensuring high-quality leads and improved conversion rates from North American traffic.

• Events & Field Marketing:

• Plan and execute regional events, roundtables, webinars, and customer forums to drive engagement and pipeline.

• Sales Alignment:

• Work closely with the North America sales team to align marketing efforts with sales priorities, drive campaign follow-up, and improve conversion.

• Analytics & KPIs:

• Track key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and regional marketing effectiveness.

• Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a North America-focused marketing team, including regional marketers, agencies, and contractors as needed.

Skills and experience:

• 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably focused on North America.
• Proven track record in regional demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, and content.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in North America and familiarity with complex B2B buying cycles.
• Experience in integrated campaign execution across digital and field channels.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams while owning and driving regional priorities.
• Data-driven and highly analytical with experience using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a Tier I business school (preferred).
