Project Monitoring Module: Ship milestone tracking, WoH (work-on-hand) limits, early-warning signals (delays, cost overruns, compliances), geo-tagged site updates, document proofs (RA bills, PC, BOQ, BG→Surety replacements). Workflow & UX: Build role-based workbenches for Underwriters, Issuance Ops, Brokers, and Claims; create neat case layouts, checklists, and audit trails; ensure one-click issuance with printable bond forms. Reinsurance & Co-surety: Support treaty/facultative workflows, cession splits, bordereaux, and endorsements; enable capacity checks and reinsurer approvals in-app. Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate inputs across Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Legal/InfoSec, and Sales; resolve trade-offs and keep decisions documented. Qualifications 3-6+ years in product management or underwriting/product-ops within surety/credit insurance/trade finance/risk tech ; at least 2+ years owning complex B2B workflows or rules engines. Demonstrated delivery of a risk or underwriting platform (pricing/rules, decisioning, workflows, and analytics). Strong stakeholder leadership across underwriting, engineering, and compliance Understanding of Surety bond types (Bid/EMD, Performance, Advance Payment, Retention/Maintenance), indemnities/collateral, limits & WoH, and claims/recovery basics. Familiarity with IRDAI context for surety, insurer onboarding/vendor audits, and record-keeping requirements.
