Business Development Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the risk management and LEI service sectors through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Risk Management and LEI services.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the risk management and LEI sectors, leveraging this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives and to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service enhancements.
  • Reporting:

    Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and capture new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on risk management.

  • Brief understanding of risk management principles and the importance of LEI in global finance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.


This position may require travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and develop business opportunities. The candidate should be prepared for a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
