Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can bring brand-related clients for our digital marketing and content creation services. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, and the ability to pitch and close deals with brand managers, marketing heads, agencies, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition (Brand-Focused)

  • Identify and acquire new brand clients across industries such as FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, healthcare, and D2C brands.
  • Generate business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Pitch digital marketing and branding services including social media management, performance marketing, content creation, video production, influencer marketing, etc.

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for brands.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals profitably.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing leads, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, production) to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

4. Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend brand events, exhibitions, networking meets, and marketing conferences.
  • Build a strong network of brand connections and marketing professionals.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Share client expectations, briefs, and timelines with internal stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in a digital marketing agency or branding company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, video production, influencers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with brand managers and marketing heads.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Attributes

  • Existing network of brand contacts is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of brand marketing, performance marketing, and creative campaigns.
  • Experience working with agencies or influencer marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,585.91 - ₹60,000.00 per month
