Batch & Mentor Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between students and mentors for assigned batches. Schedule classes, assessments, and mentorship sessions, ensuring timely communication. Track mentor performance and gather student feedback for continuous improvement. Share mentor updates, course changes, or batch rescheduling promptly with students. 2. Student Lifecycle Management Facilitate student onboarding and orientation sessions. Maintain updated student records, attendance, and academic performance. 3. Engagement & Support Identify at-risk students and coordinate interventions to improve retention. Organize academic or soft-skill support sessions based on student needs. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student performance and issues. Provide weekly/monthly batch performance reports to the academic head.
