About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive student enrollments for our language learning programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a strong ability to engage and convert potential students. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective students interested in language courses.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up, and close admissions.
  • Clearly explain course offerings, schedules, pricing, and benefits to students and parents.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Maintain student records and update CRM/lead management systems accurately.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities such as webinars, events, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English preferred; additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable course options.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, counseling, or education is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
