Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for driving sales and building client relationships?

Inside Sales Specialist


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and industry directories

• Maintain and update lead database with accurate contact details and engagement status

Outbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain BIR services

• Qualify leads and set up follow-ups or meetings for the sales team

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with call outcomes

Client Communication:

• Send introductory emails, follow-ups, and proposal details to interested prospects

•Build trust and rapport through consistent, value-driven communication


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
