Associate Director - Corporate Sales

As a seasoned Associate Director, Corporate Sales at MNS Credit Management Group, a leading agency specializing in soft Debt Recovery and Business Information Reports, you will be responsible for building and leading the corporate sales team. Your role will involve driving Pan-India enterprise revenue across Business Information Reports (BIR), soft B2B Collections, and adjacent risk/KYB services. Your focus will be on achieving new-logo wins in priority verticals, building executive relationships, defining industry-specific value propositions, and ensuring successful customer onboarding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the Plan: Delivering quarterly/annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin; maintaining pipeline coverage with accurate forecasts. - Enterprise Acquisition: Driving new-logo wins in priority verticals and mapping buying centers in key sectors. - Strategic Account Management: Building executive relationships and running retention/expansion motions. - Vertical GTM: Defining Ideal Customer Profiles, orchestrating ABM campaigns, and collaborating with Marketing on industry-specific initiatives. - Customer Onboarding: Ensuring smooth handoffs to Delivery and agreeing on key quality metrics. - Partnerships/Alliances: Building referral/channel motions with strategic partners for cross-border cases. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 10-15+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B information services, risk/credit analytics, collections, fintech/SaaS, or related fields. - Team leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling sales teams. - Strong CXO-level selling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals effectively. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence. - A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
