Role: VP– Enterprise Sales

About the Role:
TartanHQ is seeking a proven Sales Leader with experience in lending platforms, banks, NBFCs, or BFSI-focused SaaS to drive our enterprise growth. As VP – Enterprise Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team to scale TartanHQ’s solutions across enterprise clients, driving revenue, profitability, and long-term relationships. You will own full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure, leveraging a consultative, data-driven approach aligned with TartanHQ’s methodology.

This role is a core part of TartanHQ’s sales leadership, contributing to strategy, business continuity, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Growth
  • Deliver consistent monthly and quarterly targets with a focus on high-value enterprise deals in BFSI and lending platforms.
  • Build, scale, and institutionalize use-case driven, repeatable sales processes across regions and verticals.
  • Own portfolio top-line, profitability, and cash-flow discipline.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: pitches, proposals, and negotiations.

2. Client Engagement & Expansion
  • Deeply map enterprise accounts to identify cross-sell, upsell, and white-space opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and deal-closer for key stakeholders in banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Foster sustainable relationships with internal teams and client decision-makers.
  • Partner with clients to uncover automation, integration, and strategic growth opportunities.

3. Operational Discipline
  • Ensure high accuracy between forecasted vs. actual revenue.
  • Lead data-driven weekly sales reviews and report wins, losses, and risks clearly.
  • Implement structured feedback loops to enable team growth and performance.

4. Digital & Marketing Alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage leads, provide account intelligence, and support campaigns.
  • Promote TartanHQ’s digital presence through case studies, success stories, and social media.
  • Leverage digital tools to deliver seamless customer journeys from prospecting to acquisition.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Enterprise SaaS Expertise: 10-14+ years in SaaS (APIs, integrations, AI/automation in FinTech, Lending, HRTech, Loyalty, or Supply Chain) with proven new client acquisition.
  • BFSI & Lending Experience: Track record selling SaaS solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, or large corporates.
  • Deal Closing Ability: Experienced in multi-stakeholder, complex enterprise deals.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and operational discipline.
  • Builder Mindset: Experience designing and scaling enterprise sales processes in high-growth environments.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communicator and influencer with CXOs, product leaders, and technical stakeholders.

  • Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, compliance, and automation.
