KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Business Growth:

    Define and drive the overall sales vision and strategy to achieve revenue growth, expand global market share, and strengthen our presence across International B2B markets (e.g., Asia-Pacific, North America).
  • Strategic Partnerships:

    Build and nurture high-impact partnerships with international B2B clients and media agencies, creating long-term value and transformative business outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping:

    Oversee in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and identification of untapped opportunities to inform business decisions and positioning.
  • Business Planning & Forecasting:

    Own sales planning, target setting, forecasting, and budgeting with a sharp focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Agency Collaboration:

    Drive strategic alliances with other agencies to expand service offerings and create mutually beneficial outsourcing opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution of business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership:

    Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client forums, positioning the company as a trusted industry partner.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Establish robust performance metrics, track progress, and present business insights and achievements to leadership stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets, nurture client relationships, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Customer Success & Retention:

    Champion customer-centricity by ensuring exceptional client experiences, timely delivery, and long-term satisfaction.


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

    12+ years of experience in leading sales/business development in the media agency or related B2B industries, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth at scale.
  • Global Market Expertise:

    Strong exposure to developing business in international markets, with deep understanding of regional nuances, client behavior, and market entry strategies.
  • Business Acumen:

    Exceptional ability to design and execute growth strategies, manage P&L, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder:

    Adept at developing CXO-level relationships, influencing decision-makers, and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:

    Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:

    Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and using analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills:

    Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, close high-value deals, and represent the company’s vision with impact.
