Provide proactive recommendations and insights to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing & account management. Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
